ASP.NET
Designed and implemented a Halloween costumes web store application. Users can view images, descriptions and purchase Halloween costumes offered by the store.  Data is stored in multiple tables of an Access database.

Designed and implemented a customer relation management (CRM) web application to manage customer satisfaction surveys, customer incidents, maintain customers' data, product data, and technicians' data.  (Final project earned an 'A' grade)

Database (Microsoft T-SQL)
Designed and implemented a relational database for a college student-registration system. Used Visible Analyst to model the database and create an Entity Relationship diagram.  Used SQL to create related tables, constraints, and manipulate data in the DBMS.  Database normalized to third normal form (3NF).  (Final project earned  an 'A' grade)

Visual Basic.NET
Conceived, designed and implemented a Visual Basic desktop Winform application to migrate a family owned auto repair center from a paper to a paperless system.  Application allows users (employees) to create a 'ticket' for each customer and provides an accurate itemized bill of charges (parts and labor) for all work performed on a customer's car.  Data is stored in multiple related tables of an Access database (tables normalized to third normal form - 3NF) .  (Team project earned an 'A' grade.)

Java
Used Java and the NetBeans IDE to complete weekly classroom assignments involving classes and objects, string objects, arrays, input validation, exception handling, linked lists, stacks, queues, inheritance, polymorphism, abstract classes and interfaces.

On short notice (2 days), designed and implemented an Access database used to track an inventory of spare parts owned by the US Government for use on UAVs (Predator, Reaper, Global Hawk, etc.

Conceived, designed and implemented an Access database used to track scrap components owned by the US Government.  Database resulted in significant time/cost savings by replacing a paper system with paperless.

Test and characterize advanced infrared focal plane arrays used in military infrared imaging, targeting and detecting systems.

Wrote ad hoc software in VB.NET and VBA for the purpose of testing engineering focal plane arrays with discrete test equipment over an IEEE-488 bus interface.

Conceived, designed and implemented an Access database used to track raw materials and inventory used in the manufacturing process.  Database proved to be an indispensible tool for providing accurate process data to engineering personnel.
